Come and learn how to make ‘squeaky cheese’ (halloumi) from our fresh goat’s milk, and then, using the resulting whey, we will make some ricotta to get all the milk solids out. Two cheeses from the one batch of milk.
This is a fun workshop where you will get to taste the result. We will have a light lunch at the end and discuss the processes and possibilities. If you would like to see the milking, please come at 9.30 am.
